Description: Dutch design/art/film collective Metahaven present the US premiere of their short film, Information Skies (2016, running time 24’). Nominated for a European Short Film Award in 2017, Information Skies raises questions about virtual reality and our post-truth era, masterfully blending live action and animation. The screening is followed by a panel discussion of local journalists, filmmakers, and artists who will investigate the expanding contact zone between the real and the virtual, fact and fiction.
